W ILL
I,Anna Demchak of East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and deolare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time
h-3retofore made.
1.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as she can conveniently do so
~fter my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both real and
personal,wheresoever situate,including my house and lot on Wayne
street in the Village of Fredericktown,W~shingtonCounty,Pennsylvania,
to my husband,Andy Demchak,for and during the term of his natural
life or until he remarries,and upon his death or re-marriage then
the same shall go to my five children,Mari.~Demchak,Andrew Demchak,
Helen Demchak,Pauline Bertanze~ti and Anna Matthews,in equal shares •
3.I hereby name,constitute and appoint my daughter,Helen
Demchak,to be Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In Witness ~nereof,I,Anna Demchak,the Testatrix abovenamed,
