BE IT REMEMBERED that I,PIETRO CICCONI,of Donora,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature th&reof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be
situated at the time or my death,I give,devise and bequeath,to
my sons,Domenic C1cconi,Peter Cicconl,Jr.,and Frank Raymond
Cicconl,and to my daughters,Benardina Jean Cicooni,and Mary Doris
Cieconi Luci,sharD and share alike,that is,each of my children
above-named shall receive a one-~ifth share,absolutely and in fee
simple.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my sons,Domenic
eicconi and Peter Otcconl,Jr.,as the executors of this my last
wll1 and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
