I,SANFORD E.DeBERRY a/k/a SANFORD E.DeBERRY,SR.,of South Strabane
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that"all my funeral expenses'and costs of administratio
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my said estate,real,persona
and mixed,vested or contingent,wheresoever situate,unto my beloved wife,
CHRI STI AN V.DeBERRY.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved wife,
CHRISTIAN V.DeBERRY,as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,to
serve without bond.
