tels,rights and credits of Amos G.Calvert ,deceased,
to the best of his skill and judgment in strict compliance with the laws of'this Commonwealth,

I,AMOS G.CALVERT,of East FiBley Township,Washington County,-..
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and :f'w\eral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and devise my home farm consisting of about
thirty (30)acres of land in East Finley Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,with the buildings thereon,to my wife,IDA CALVERT,
for and during the period ot her natural life-time or so long as
she remains my widow and unmarried.At the death or remarriage of
my wife,Ida Calvert,I give and devise my home farm hereinbefore
mentioned with the buildings thereon to my son,WILrJAM CALVERT,for
and during the period of his natural life-time.At the death of my
son,William Calvert,I give and devise my home farm hereinbefore
mentioned to my nine (9)children,Edgar Calvert,Ray Calvert,Fred
Calvert,Joseph Calvert,Thomas Calvert,Jane Miller,Clara Jones,
Hazel Yoders,Nell Plants,share and share alike.In the event of
the death of anyone or ones of the above mentioned nine (9)child-
ren during the life-times of Ida Calvert,my wife,or William Calvert,
my son,then I direet and devise that the issue of said ehild or child
so dying shall take the share which the deceased ehild or children
would have taken had they lived.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal,
or mixed and whereever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my
wife,Ida Calvert.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,Thomas
Calvert,my son,executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
S~day of April,1951,A.D.

tor as and ~or his Last Will and Testament,in the presence o~us,
who,at his request,and in his presence and in the presence ot each
other,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
