FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expenses of aciministering my estate be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable. SECOND:I direct that all real estate of which I may die seized or possessed shall be sold by my Executor hereinafter named,at either public or private sale,at such price or prices,to such person or persons,at such time or times,and upon such terms and conditions as my Executor shall deem to the best interest of my estate,and when all my real estate shall have been converted into cash or money,as aforesaid,I order and direct the same shall be distributed as follbw s: (a)I give and bequeath one-tenth (1/1Oth)of the net proceeds thereof to the South Canonsburg Church of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania. (b)I direct that the remaining nine-tenths (9/10ths)thereof be divided equ~.~ly between my son,JOHN FREDERICK HORNER,of R.D.#3,Canonsburg,Pennsyl- vania,and my daughter,MARGARET ANN GREEN,of R.D. #3,Canonsburg,pennsylvania. THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,including any bank accounts,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,unto my two children,JOHN FREDERICK HORNER and MARGARET ANN GREEN. FOURTH:I direct that all taxes,and interest and penalty thereon, that may become payable by reason of my death with respect to the property '. comprising my gross estate for tax purposes,whether or not such property passes under this will,shall be paid out of the principal of my residuary estate. LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint REV.RALPH T.KEMPER as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,provided,however,that should the said Rev.Ralph T.Kemper have predeceased me or if,for any reason,he should renounce his right to administer my estate,then and in such event,I do nominate,constitute and appoint PATRICK C.DERRICO to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
