LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CARMINE D'EGIDIO,also known as CARMEN D'EGIDIO,
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and
Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall
be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situated at
the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Mary D'Egidio,
pr oviding she be living at the time of my death.In the event my said wife prede-
ceases me,or in the event we both die as the result of a common accident or
disaster,I give,devise and bequeath my said residuary estate to my daughter,
Josephine Withers.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Mary D 'Egidio,
as executrix of this my last Will and Testament in the event she be living at the
time of my death.In the event my said wife,Mary D'Egidio,predeceases me,or
in the event we both die as the result of a common accident or disaster,I hereby
appoint my daughter,Josephine Withers,as Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament.
