"This is my last Will.I give,bequeath,and devise to my
Wife,Stella H.Clark,in complete and.perfect ownership,all my
rights and property of every kind and nature,whether real,
personal or mixed,wherever situated,appointing her Executrix
of my Estate,without bond and giving her seisin thereof."
The word real as used above is particularly intended to
includes all rights and privileges in entirety of interest in
property at 619 Liberty St.Pittsburgh,Pa.,given to me by,Romain
P.Clark,late of Crafton,Pa"(Fidelity Trust Co.,Pittsburgh,Pa.
