I,JENNIE DEBELAK of the Village of Avella,
Cross Creek Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and memory do hereby make,publish and declare this
Will to be my Last Will and Test~ment,herety revoking and making
void all former Hills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:All just debts ~nd funeral expenses shal
at all times be fully paid from my said estate.
SECOND:All my estate,real,personal and mixed,
wheresoever the same rray be found,I hereby give,devise and be~ueat
,unto my children,Rose Potochan,Melvindale,Michigan;John Debelak
'Jr.,of Dearborn,Michigan;William Debelak of Avella,Pennsylvania;
Henry Debelak of Avella,Pennsylvania;Fred Debelak of Cleveland,
Ohio,Elsie Dugas of Omaha,Nebraska and 3dward Debelak of Center,
Pennsylvania,sh~re and share alike.
