I,CALVIN C.CONLEY,eeing of sound mind and sane,do hereby advise that the
following be my last will and testament,cancelling all preceding documents.
To Robert L.London,$250,to be spent for educational purposes;
To Susan Marie London,$250,also to be used for educational purposes;
To Rita Marie London,$500;
To Irene Patricia Coulson,$500.
I appoint my beloved wife,-Goldie Day Conley,as administratrix of said Will,
who is to receive the balance of personal cash,residue and all personal
effects,real property subject to the mortgage stated as $800 t $100 being paid
against same in 1937(receipted check is in safety deposit box).
My insurance,cash and other property amounts to the following:
