LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HUSTON HOUGH,sometimes known as HOUSTON H.HOIDH,HUSTON H.HOIDH
and H.H.HOUGH,of the 'City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make and pUblish
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all ~ills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all of my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient afts....-·my d""cea8t;;.,
ITEM 2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatever
ldnd and nature and wherever the same ay be situate,give,devise and
bequeath in equal shares unto my children,Neva H.Culle ,Dorothy.ight
i and lliam H.Hough.
LASTLY,I hereby name,constitute am appoint as Executrix of this
my Last Will am Testament,my daughter,Neva H.Culley,and I direct that
my said Executrix shall not be required to file bond in any jurisdiction
in which she may act,and that she receive no compensation for her services
as Executrix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,HUSTON HOUGH,the Testator,have unto this my
Last Will and Testament,set my ham and seal this the 18th day of May,
1959.
