FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts,funera expenses,cost of administering my estate and transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate' real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my be- loved wife,Anna Daugherty,conditioned however,that in the even of her death in my life time,or in the event of her death within the period of six months after my death,the said devise and be- quest of residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event, I give,devise and tequeath my estate as follows: (a)unto Milton Davies,his heirs and assigns,my house and lot of ground situate on Highland Avenue,in the Borough of Finleyville,Pennsylvania,in which he now resides. (b)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate unto my son,Wilbur A.Daugherty,and my daughtev,Aliene ~hcmas, their heirs and assigns,share and share alike. However,I declare it to be my intention that should my said wife be living at the expiration of six months from the date of my death,the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to her, shall vest in her absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions. THIRD:I direct my executrix or executor to payout of the income or principal of my estate reasonable amounts for the support ar.d maintenance of my said wife as well as the reasonable ,. expenses of her funeral and grave stone should she die within said period of six months as aforementioned. I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife, Anna Daugherty,to act as executrix .f this my Last Will and Testament,if she survives me:but,in the event my wife predecease me,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Wilbur A.Daugherty as said executor.
