I.HENRY JAMES HAFTMAN,of Richeyville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore n~de.
FIRST:I give and bequeath to my son EDWARD HAFT~the
sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1.000.00)Dollars.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to me son,BERNARD HAFTMAN,
my 1956 Plymouth Sedan.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate"
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughters,LILLIAN EIBL,
and DOLORES CHEROKI and to my sons,ROBERT.BERNARD,DONALD.EDWARD and
HENRY,JR.to be divided equally between them,share and share alike.
EOURTH:I nominate.constitute and appoint DOLORES CREROKI,
Executrix of this my Will,and I direct that she shall not be required to
enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
(a)I authorize and em~ower my Executrix,for the payment
of debts or for any ur~ose of administration or distribution,at any time
within two years from the date of my death:to sell all or any ofnw real
estate,at public or private sale.for such prices and upon such terms as to
cash and credit as she may deem best,and to execute deeds of conveyance
thereof,without Itability on the part of the purchasers to see to the
application of the puxchase moneys.This power shall not be construed to
work a conversion of my real estate,unless and until the power is actually
exercised.nor shall this power be cODEtrued to extend the lien 0 f debts.
IN WITNESS WHEP~OF I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament,which consists of two pages,this
day of June,One thousand,nine hurdred and fifty-seven (1957).
