I,ANDY DEMCHAK,of Fredericktown,East Bethlehem Townshi ,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish,and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may conveniently be done.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatso-
ever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I may die seized
or to which I may in anyway be entitled to my five children,share and
share alike,namely:MARIAM DEMCHAK,HELEN DEMCHAK BOYD,
PAULINE DEMCHAK BERTANZETTI,ANNA DEMCHAK MATTHEWS and
ANDREW DEMCHAK.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughters,
HELEN ::J.BOYD and PAULINE D.BERTANZETTI,as the Executrices of
this My Last Will and Testament and direct that they shall not be required
to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
