I,L.W.Copenhaver of East Pike Run Township,Washington County,
pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as they can conven-
iently do so after my decease.
2.I give and bequeath my Remington rifle to my son,Eugene
Copenhaver.
3.I give and bequeath my Ithaca shot gun to my son,Donald
Copenhaver.
I4.I give and bequeath all my tools to my son,Kenneth Copenhaver.
5.I give and bequeath my mounted deer head to my son,Clyde
Copenhaver.
6.I give and bequeath my household goods and furniture and my
television set to my daughter,Thelma Venturi.
7.I give and bequeath my watch to my son-in-law,Marion Venturi.
8.I give,devise and bequeath my entire interest in The Safe
Tamping Company to my son,Clyde Copenhaver.
9.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever
nature or kind,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath,
in equal shares,to my five chi1dren,namely,Clyde Copenhaver,Eugene
Copenhaver,Kenneth Copenhaver,Donald ,Copenhaver and Thelma Venturi.
10.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter,Thelma
Venturi,to be Executrix,and my son,Eugene Copenhaver,to be Executor,
of this my last will and testament.
