Last Will and Testament of Agnes Hanlon

Be It Remembered That I,Agnes Hanlon,being of sound mind,
memory,and under~tanding,do make,publish and declare this
as my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void
any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature
thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
After the payment of all just debts and funeral expens-
es"it is my will that all my property,real,personal,and
mixed be disposed of as follows,to wit:
First:It is my will to,and I do ~ereby give,
devise and bequeath to Nellie G.Hanlon and Be~trice Hanlon
of Monongahela,Pa.all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate to and for their proper use and behoof,their heirs
and assigns,forever.
Second;I hereby nominate and appoint Nellie G.
Hanlon and Beatrice Hanlon of Monongahela,Pa.as Executors
of this my last will and testament.
In witnp.~s whe~p.of,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this fourteenth day of June,1930.
Should either of the persons named above die before the
probating of this will all properties and privileges herein
named are given the surviving sister.
