ING TO BE MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT'
I.I GIVE,DEVISE AND B~QUEATH UNTO MY WirE,DILLE HOGG1'
Ir SHE SHOULD SURVIVE ME,FOR AND OURING THE TERM OF HER NATURAL

LIFE,OR SO LONG AS SHE REMAINS MY WIDOW,MY ENTIRE ,ESTATE,REAL,
PERSONAL AND MIXED AND WHEREVER SITUATED,AND,AT HER DEATH,THE
REMAINDER THEREOF TO MY THREE OHILDREN,WILLIAM E.HOGG,FRANK
LEROY HOGG AND BARBARA JOAN HOGG,IN EQUAL SHARES.I~MY SAID WIF
SHOULD REMARRY,THEN I GIVE,DEVISE AND BEQUEATH MY ENTIRE ESTATE
ABSOLUTELY AS FOLLOWS:ONE-THIRD TO MY WIFE,DILLE HOGG,AND TWO-
THIRDS TO MY SAID THREE CHILDREN IN EQUAL SHARES.
2.IF MY SAID WIFE SHOULD NOT SURVIVE ME,OR WE SHOULD
DIE IN A OOMMON EMERGENCY AND IT NOT BE KNOWN WHO OF US DIED BEFOR
THE OTHER,I GIVE,DEVISE AND BEQUEATH MY ENTIRE ESTAiE TO MY THRE
OHILDREN ABSOLUTELY IN EQUAL SHARES.
3.Ir ANY Or MY THREE OHILDREN SHOULD NOT SURVIVE TO RE
OEIVE THEIR SHARE OF MY ESTATE,BUT SHOULD HAVE ISSUE SURVIVING
THEM,I DIREOT THAT THEIR SHARE SHOULD GO TO SUOH ISSUE.IF ANY
OF MY THREE OHILDREN SHOULD NOT SURVIVE ME,AND SHOULD DIE WITHOUT
ISSUE SURVIVING THEM,THEN I DIRECT THAT THEIR SHARE BE DIVIDED
EQUALLY AMONG SUCH OHILDREN OR ISSUE OF OHILDREN AS DO SURVIVE.

ACT AS EXEOUTOR OF MY ESTATE.
