LAST WILL AND TESTANENT
I,HELEN DEMO,also known as HELEN'DUm,of Joffre,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mi.nd,memory,and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking and making void any will or wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid

as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,personal
and mixed,to roy son,JOHN DEMO.
I have omitted to provide for my other children and I hereby declare
that such omission is intentional,and not occasioned by an accident or mistake.
THIRD:---I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,John Demo,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
