LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I ,ELVER D.CONKLIN of the Borough of Waynesburg,Greene Cotmty,Pennsylvania,being ot sOlmd mind and memory, conSidering the uncertainty ot lite and being desirous of settling my worldly affAirs while I have strength and capacity,do make this,my Last Will and T$stament,hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST-I order and direct that the payment of all my Just debts and funeral expenses be made as soon as conveniently atter my decease. THIRD-I give and bequeath unto the First National Bank and Trust Com~ny of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,or its successors,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars in trust,to pay over the income theretrom semi-annually to the Trustees ot the Hopewell Cemetery Association,located in Center Township, Greene County,Pennsylvania,tor the care,maintenance,and repairs of said 09metery so long as said Cemetery is used tor public burial purposes,and it said Cemetery ceases to exist tor public burial purposes,then said fund shall revert to and become a part ot my residuary estate and be distributed under the terms ot paragraph sixth of this,my Last Will and Testament. FOURTH-I hereby authorize and direct mY executors hereinatter named to sell all my real estate,as soon as conveniently may be done after my 4ecease,for such prices,upon such terms,i~such way and manner,at either p~blic or private sale,and tor such interest and estates as may be deemed wise,and to execute and dellver deeds therefor,to the purchasers thereot. Margaret Burhelnn,my niece,shall have the right to purchase all my certain house and lot ot ground situate on Donnan Avenue,Washington,l\Tash- ington County,Pennsylvania,tor the sum ot $6500.00.The sald Margaret Bur- helnn shall glve notlce to my Executors in wrlting withln one year trom the date ot my death,signitylng her intention to make this purchase,or to retuse to purchase.In case the sald Margaret Burheinn does not choose to l i make such purchase within one year,I direct my e~cutors hereinafter named, ~to sell the said house and lot to the highest bidder. FIFTH-I glve and bequeath unto the First National Bank and Trust Company ot Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,or its successors,the sum ot Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars in trust nevertheless to invest and keep the same lnvested and pay over the net income thereot quarterly unto my brother,Oliver G.Conklin,tor and during the tull term ot his natural life,tree and clear ot his debts,contracts,engagements,alienations,antioipations and tree and clear ot all levies,attachments,executlons and sequestrations.It is my desire that the trustee shall advance any amount ot the princlpal necessary to detray the expenses ot the last illness and burial ot Oliver G.Conklln. It Oliver G.Conklin should predecease me,the principal sum shall form part ot my residuary estate. SIXTH-All the rest,residue and remainder ot my estate,real,pel'- sonal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,I dlrect to be dlvided lnto thlrty-two (32)shares,and to be distrlbuted as tollows: (a)One share to the chlldren ot John A.Conklln,deceased,to wit:John A.Conklin,Jr.,and Margaret Conklin Crouch. Two shares to Margaret Burheinn. Two shares to the First National Bank and Trust Company ot Waynesburg,Pennsylvanla,in trust,to hold,invest,and relnvest the same, to collect the lncome,and atter paylng all expenses lncident to the manage- ment ot said trust,to pay the net lncome over to Nellie Conklin Hopklns in quarterly installments tor and during the term ot her natural lite,and at her death,the principal is to be distributed to the children ot Nellie Conklin Hopkins,share and share alike. Two shares to Alonzo Conklin. One share to the sald Margaret Burhelnn,in trust,never- theless,tor the use ot the children ot Lena Conklin Mitchell,deceased,until the Trustee determines they need said money;provided,however,that any indebt edness ot Clarn~ce Mitchell to me shall first be deducted therefrom. Any other indebtedness of any of my beneficiaries named in this,my Last Will and Testament,and Codicils thereto, shall first be deducted from any share or part due to them. (b)If any of the benef1ciaries hereinbefore named, should predecease me,and have no children or grandch1ldren sur- viving at my death,then I direct that his or her share shall go to the children and grandchildren of his or her brothers and siste s. If no children or grandchildren of the benefic1aries'brothers or sisters should survive me,then I direct that his or her share go the other beneficiaries here1nbefore named. (c)The share of my beneficiary who predeceases me and who has children living at the time of my death,shall go to those children then living.
