(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
John Hewlett a/k/a Jack Hewlett
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Jomes H.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
John Hewlett a/k/a Jack Hewlett
committing unto him the administration of aE and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,:n Washington,within ninety

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I,MABEL ORANGE HEWLETT,a
residant of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and T~stament,hereby revoking any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed of which I
shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the
time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows,to wit:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate I give,devise and
bequeath Unto my beloved husband,JOHN HEWLETT,also known as JACK
HEWLETT,to have and to hold the same unto him,his heirs and assigns,
forever,provided,nevertheless,that in the event my husband pre-
deceases me,dies simultaneously as a resul't;of a common disaster or
dies within three (3)months of the date of my death,the said devise
and bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested and in either event
I give,devise and bequeath all of my said property unto my two children,
namely,JOHN ORANGE HEWLETT and ELAINE HEWLETT THORPE,in equal shares,
to have and to hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns,
forever.
I declare it to be my intention that if JOHN HEWLETT,also known
as JACK HEWLETT,be living at the expiration of three (3)months from
the date of my death,the estate hereby

devised and bequeathed to him shall vest in him absolutely and in fee
simple,free of all conditions.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint JOHN HEWLETT,also
known as JACK HEWLETT executor of this my Last Will and Testament,but

nominate,constitute-and appoint JOHN ORANGE HEWLETT executor and I
direct that neither of them shall be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which they may act.
