I,the undersigned J.BOYD CRUMRINE,domiciled
at the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory,and understand-
ing,hereby make,publish,and declare this my last will and
testament (hereby revoking any testamentary writing by me at
any time heretofore made),in manner and form following,towit:
1.I give and bequeath unto my dear friend and
colleague,Frank E.Pireaux,m interest in the law partner-
ship now or of late subsisting between us and the assets there-
of,provided and on condition he shall pay to my estate one-
half of any moneys which shall have been actually received at
the time of my death and which normally would be distributable
to me as a partner;and also any law books,office eauipment
and furnishings,and accounts receivable not belonging to the
partnership.This bequest shall be free of all tax.
2.I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved
wife,Nell K.Crumrine,and son,J.Boyd Crumrine,Jr.,in
equal shares,the residue of m estate,of whatsoever kind,
wheresoever situate,and appoint them executors of this my
will,to serve without bond.
