I,IDA J.HERRIOTT,of ount Pleasant Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills heretofore made by me.
first.I airect that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second.I give and devise to my huso8nd,G.Howard
Herriott,for his use and occupancy during the term of his
natural life,the house and lot in which I now reside,it
being a tract of about one acre situate one mile south of the
Village of Hickory,Washington County,Pennsylvania.My
husband is to pay all taxes,insurance and necessary repairs
upon the said premises auring his lifetime.
lhird.All the rest,residue and remainaer of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,aevise and bequeath
to my daughter,Evelyn M.Parker.
Fourth.I appoint my daughter,Evelyn M.Parker,
as Executrix of this will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 7th day of November,1942.
