LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,EDITH V.DeWITT,of Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1 - I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM 2 -All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,
devise and bequeath to my sister,Ida F.DeWitt,if she is living at the time
of my death.In the event my said sister predeceases me I give,devise and
bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to my nephew,Jac
DeWitt.
ITEM 3 - I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister,Ida F.DeWitt,
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event my said sister
predeceases me I nominate,constitute and appoint Jack DeWitt,as Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
8th day of April,1957.
