I,Elisa Cauchie,mf the Borough of McDonald,Washingt n
County,lenna.being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
hereby revoking any and all wills by m~at any-time previously
made,do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and
form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter
named as soon as he may conveniently do so after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby direct and authorize my executor,
hereinafter named,to sell all my real estate as soon as con-
veniently may be done after my decease,and to convey the same to
the purchaser or purchasers thereof.The proceeds of said real
estate a;~~declare and direct shall be considered and disposed of
as constituting a part of my personal estate.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate to
my three children,share and share alike,Joseph Nestor Cauchie
of McDonald,Pa.,Desire Cauchie of McDonald,Pa.and Victorine
Lagneau of Cambridge,Ohio,their heirs and assigns absolutely.
LA~TLY,I do nominate,constitute and 'appoint my son,
Joseph Nestor Cauchie to be the executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN VITNESS WHEREOF,I,Elisa Cauchie,the testatrix
above named have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
5 day of January,1949.
