LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,A.VERNON BALD N,of Canton To~nship,ashington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and
for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former fills
by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that my funeral expenses,as well
as the expenses of my last illness,be paid as soon as possible
after my decease.
SECOND.To my wife,Edna Horn Baldwin,also known
as Edna C.Baldwin,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest
and residue of my estate,real,personal and mioced,to be hers
absolutely,but in the event that she should not survive me,
it is then my will and I hereby give,devise and bequeath my
entire est te to Robert James Bald in and Marie Baldwin Hall,
share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby appoint my wife,Edna Baldwin
Horn,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 31M-day of January,1947.
