I,E.G.EMERY,of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,pUblish and declare the following to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. First.r direct that all ~just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged as soon as may be after my decease. Second.!give and bequeath to my daughter,Myrta Emery,the contents of my home,including household and kitchen furniture,all articles of adornment,books,beds and bedding, my gold watch and chain and all other articles of personal property in the dwelling house Where we now reside.My said daughter,Myrta,is to have the automobile which I have already given her. Third.I hereby give and devise to my two daughters, Lillie White and Myrta Emery,all my undivided interest in the house and lot on East Beau Street,being the same property purchas- ed by John M.White and mlfself from Elizabetn McDonough.My twd daughters to share equally in ~interest in this property. Fourth.I give ~~d bequeath to my daughter,Lillie \Vhite,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars in addition to what r have given her in the third paragraph of tnis Will. Fifth.!give and bequeath to my daughter,MYrta Emery,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,in addition to what !have given her in the second and third paragraph of this will. Sixth.!hereby authorize and direct my executors to pay One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars to Mt.Prospect Cemetery Association to be held in trust by said Cemetery Association, the interest from which One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars to be used in the maintenance and care of my cemetery lot. Seventh.I hereby authorize and direct my executcrs hereinafter named to convert all the balance of my personal property into cash and to divide the s~~e into five equal shares. one of which shares!give and bequeath to my daughter,Cora McIlvaine;one share to my son,Dr.William Emery;one share to my son,Boyd Emery;one share to my daughter,Tre ssa Davi s,and one share to my son,Dr.Walter Emery. LASTLY,I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, Myrta Emery,and my son,Boyd Emery,and my son-in-law,John M.
