I,TILDA DAMIANI,of 944 McKean Avenue,Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,thereby revoking and
making null and void arv and all Wills and Testaments or Writings,in the nature
thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRSTs I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise my real estate at 944 McKean Avenue,Donora,
Pennsylvania,being all of Lot No.39 in Block No.52 with the dwelling thereon,
to my daughter Yolanda Wise.
THIRD:I give and devise the real estate known as Lot No.38,Block
No.52 with building thereon to my daughter Dolores Reid.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my daughters Yolanda Wise and Dolores
Reid all articles of household or domestic use or adornment,including linens,
furnishings,appliances,furniture,floor coverings and other such articles found
in my home at the time of my death,share and share alike.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,
bequeath and devise to my children Yolanda Wise and Dolores Reid,share and share
alike.
SIXTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter Yolanda Wise
to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and direct that she
receive no compensation for her service as Executrix.
