LAST 'IILL A D TESTAMENT
I,ELIZABETH G.COC IN,A \VI DO',v,OF THE Borough of North
Charleroi,ashington County,Pennsylvania,bein of sound and
disposing mind and memory do on this,the 20th.day of October,
1952,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my
last Will and testament.
1.I hereby revmke any and all Wills,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my son,EDGAR H.COCAIN,to
be the Executor of this,my last Will and Testament,and I direct
that he be permitted to serve without bond.
3.!direct that my executor promptly pay,from out of
the uroceeds of my estate,all of my just debts,including the ex-
penses of my funeral and the costs of administration.
4.I hereby give,and bequeath all of my personal eff-
ects such as clothing,bric-a-brac,and items of sentimental value
and attachment,to my two daughters,A NA C.HICKEY and V LERA C.
S ANOR,equally,to dispose of as they will.
v.I give,devise and beque1th all of the rest,residue
and remainder of my pronerty,whether it be real,personal or mix-
ed,to my executor and I direct that he sell the same for the best
obtainable price,either at private or nublic sale,and then div-
ide the proceeds therefrom in the followin manner:to my son,
DGAR H.COCl IN,twenty seven and one half (27~)percent of the
net proceeds after the payment of all expenses;to my daughter,

VALERA C.SEANOR,forty five (45%)percent of the net proceeds,
after the payment of all expenses;and to my daughter,ANNA C.
HICKEY,twenty seven and one half (27~%)percent of the net ro-
ceeds after the payment of all expenses.The above disposition of
my property is made in consideration of the fact that Edgar H.
Cocain and Valera C.Seanor have devoted a considerable period of
time and effort to attendin my wants and comforts in my declamin
years,as well as in consideration of the love and affection whic
I bear towards all of my children equally.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this,the second page of a two page document constituting my
last Will and Testament.
