CODICIL
TO
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MILDRED MOSS DAWSON,widow,of the Borough of North
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby declare th
present writing to be a first Codicil to my Last Will and Testament
bearing date of June 27th,1972.
1.WHEREAS,it is my intention and desire to~ow my
appreciation for her thoughtfulness and for her acts of kindness
and loyalty heretofore extended to me by GRACE STEMMLER,of the
Borough of Belle Vernon,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,and hopefull
that she will continue the same u t"my death;and WHERE~S,also
it is my "ntention to clarify the compensation to be paid to and
received by my Executor named in paragraph "FOURTH"of my said W"ll
I do hereby re-write paragraph "SECOND"and paragraph "FOURTH"of m
said Last Will and Testament to read as follows:
SECOND:(a)I give and bequeath to my faithful friend,DR W
WEBER,for his own proper use and benefit forever,the cash sum of
FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/IOO ($500.00)DOLLARS.
(b)I give and bequeath to GRACE STEMMLER,of the
Borough of Belle Vernon,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,for her own
proper use and benefit forever,the cash sum of ONE THOUSAND AND
NO/100 ($1,000.00)DOLLARS,provided that she remains in my employ
as practical nurse and housekeeper as heretofore mentioned in a
Contract for Hire between me and her bearing even date herewith.
FOURTH:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint VICTOR E.
RIVA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,

to be the Executor and the attorney for this my Last Will and
estament,and he is to be paid and to receive compensation amounti
to 10%of the gross inventory value of my entire estate.
2.I do hereby ratify and confirm my said Will In every othe
respect.

I,MILDRED MOSS DAWSON,widow,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
WaShington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all DlJ'.1ust debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease;and
I direct that I be interred in my burial plot located in the Monongahela Cemetery,
Monongahela,Pennsylvania,and that there be erected upon my grave a marker
comparable to those already erected on the graves of my parents and my late
husband.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my faithful friend,ANDRIDi WEBER,
for his 0wn proper use and benefit forever,the cash sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND
NO/IOO ($500.00)DOLLARS.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,wheresoever situated of which I may be possessed or to
which I may be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath
the same unto my friends,CLIFFORD LINSLEY and M..ARY LINSLEY,his wife,or to the
survivor of them,of the Borough of Elizabeth,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,
for their own proper use and benefit forever.
FOURl'H:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint VICTOR E.RIVA
of the Borough of.Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to be the
