Be it remembered that I,WILLIAM D.CARTER,of ashing-
ton,Pennsylvania,being of sound and deposing mind,memory and
understanding)do make,publish and declare this as and for my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking .and making null and void
any and all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof
by me at any time heretofore made.
I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be
paid and satisfied by my executrix or executor,hereafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM ONE:All the rest)residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever sit-
uate,including all property over which I have any control or
power of appointment,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Ellen Ruth Carter.However,should my wife,Ellen Ruth Carter,
be called in death before I,then I give,devise and bequeath
all of my estate,before mentioned,to my son William D.Carter,
Jr.and my daughter Mary Ellen Carter and any and all of my
other children,their heirs and assigns forever,that may be born
after the date of this Will,to be divided among them equally,
\share and share alike.
ITEM TWO:I nominate,conSitute and appoint my wife
Ellen Ruth Carter,Executrix of this my last Will and Testament,
In the event my wife ienot living at the time of my death,then

he be of age,Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
