my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore

FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just
debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath my black walnut drop leaf table
to Virginia S umney .
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Madge
Clos s er,for and during the term of her natural life,the hous e in which we are
now living,being No.24 McKnight Avenue,North Franklin Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and at her death I give,devise and bequeath
the said property to Virginia Sumney,her heirs and assigns.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars each to Larry Sumney and David Sumney.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I
devise and bequeath in equal one-half (1/2)shares to Madge Closser and
Virginia Sumney,their heirs and assigns forever.
SIXTH:
Executor of this my Will.
I nominate,constitute and appoint Raymond E.Sumney
