LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ALBERT F.BEHLI G,of McDonald,County of Wash ngton,and
State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following,hereby revoking any wil or wi ls
heretofore made by me:-
FIRST:I direct 11 my just debts an funeral expenses
e fu ly paid and satisfipd,as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
BE 0 D:After the above debts have been satisfied I
will and bequeath as follows:
To Minnie Behling Blaser -Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
To Harry Jackson Behling -Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
To Thomas Benjamin Abbott -Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.0
o Erma Behling VanKuren -One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
If any of the above are not living at the t me of my
decease then the bequeath that was to be g ven to that
person 1s to go to my Bon Roy A.Beh11~g.
After the above legacies have been paid togetherwith
any ex ensee 1n connection w th the settlement of my EBtate,
I will and bequeath all the balance of my Estate,both real
estate and personal to my son,Roy A.Behling.
AND I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my 80n
Mr.Roy Albert ehling,to be the Executor of th s my Last
Will and Testament.
