I,Harry Hornbake,formerly of the Borough of California,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,lately sojourning in the Borough
10f Coal Center,Washington CountY,Pennsylvania,being of sound
Imind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct mw Executrix hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as she can conveniently
do so after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both real and
personal,wheresoever situate,to my daughter,Katherine La~erback,
of Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.I hereby name,constitute and appoint my said daughter,
Katherine Lauderback,to be Executrix of this my last will and
testamentjand I hereby direct that she serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Harry Hornbake,the Testator abovenamed,
have hereunto subscrtbed my name and affixed my seal this ~~
day of February,in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred
