LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,PAULINE DeSALVO,of 625 Middle Street,West Brownsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare,this
as and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following,
hereby revoking and making void any prior Wills or writings in the
'nature thereof,heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath,all my estate,real,
personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,to my husband,GEORGE
DeSALVO,to be his solely and alone.In doing this I have taken
into consideration the bests interests of our six children.
SECOND:In the event that my husband,George DeSalvo,should
predecease me,then I give,devise and bequeath,all my estate,real
personal or mixed,wheres~ever situate,to my six children,share
and share alike.My six children are:George C.DeSalvo,Roger
P.DeSalvo,Larry J.DeSalvo,Ronald F.DeSalvo,Dolores G.Yakulis
and Joseph A.DeSalvo.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,my husband,
George DeSalvo,as executor of this Will and I diEect that he shall
ave the power to convey any real estate of which I may die seised.
FOURTH:In the event that my husband,George DeSalvo,should
predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and appoint,my six
children to act as co-executors of this Will.I direct that said
co-executors shail have the power to convey any real estate of whic
I may die seised.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my B nd and seal,this
25th day of August,1972.
