LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,BERTHA HENDAL,formerly BERTHA M.GRI1~,of South-
view,Cecil Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
1.I give and devise to my husband,CARL HENDAL,a
life interest in my home property situate in the Village of
Southview,Cecil ~ownship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being
the same property conveyed to Harry R.Grimm and Bertha M.Grimm,
his wife,by deed of John Antill,a single person,et al.,dated
June 3,1919,and recorded in the Recorder's Office for Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book Volume 478,at page 473.
2.I give,devise and bequeath the remainder interest
in said home property,together with the residue of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,in equal shares,to my daughter,MILDRED
~.FEHL,to my daughter,EDNA G.SPENCER,to my son,"ALBERT HENDAL".
and to my grand-daughter,BERTHA S.CROTHERS,their heirs and
assigns forever.
I appoint my daughter,MILDRED G.FEHL,as Executrix of
this will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 18th day of September,1953.
