I,RAMSEY DELL a/k/a RAMSEY TRUESDALE,of Chartiers
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make and publish this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter
named shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as convenient after my decease.
ITEM 2:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatever kind and wherever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my niece,Gaynell Croson.
ITEM 3:I name,constitute and appoint my niece,
Gaynell Croson,as Executrix of this my Last will and Testament
and direct that she shall not be required to furnish bond in
any juris iction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,RAMSEY DELL,the Testator,
have unto this my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal
this 20th day of December,1971.
