I,GEORGE S.CUNNINGHAM,of the Borough of McDonald,
County of Washington,Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,make this
my last will,hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
ARTICLE ONE.Although I have previously made other
provision for my wife,JULIA M.CUNNINGHAM,I give and bequeath
to her in addition thereto,and free and clear of all taxes due
on account of my death,my automobile,all my office supplieS
and equipment,and all furniture and household effects purchased
for our home in McDonald,Pennsylvania.
ARTICLE TWO.In the event that my residuary estate
after the payment of or provision for all my debts,all taxes
due on account of my death,the expenses of administration of
my estate,and the bequests made in Article One hereof,shall
equal or exceed the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000),I then
give and bequeath said sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000),free
and clear of all taxes due on account of my death,to be divided
equally between my two sisters,R.WALLACE CUNNINGHAM and MARY
C.MITCHELL;provided,howeve~,that in the event of the death
of either of them in my lifetime,or in the event of the death
of either of them within the period of six (6)months after my
death,the bequest herein made to the one so dying shall lapse
or be divested,and I then give and bequeath the whole of said
sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000)to the survivor thereof.
In the event that neither of my said sisters shall be living six
(6)months after my death,or in the event that my residuary
estate after payment or provision £or the items herein mentioned
shall be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000),then I direct
that the bequest herein made shall lapse or be divested.
ARTICLE THREE.All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real and personal,and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to my three children,I~THA

C.KRINGEL,T.DAVIS CUNNINGHAM and ANDREW D.CUNNINGHAM,their
heirs and assigns forever;provided,however,that in the event
of the death in my lifetime or within the period of six months
after my death of anyone or more of said children,I direct
that the share of the child so dying shall go one-half (1/2)to
the spouse and one-half (1/2)to the issue per stirpes (includ-
ing adopted children)of the child or children so dying,or the
whole of such share to the spouse if no issue then survive or to
such issue if no spouse then survives;and if no issue or spouse
of such child or children then survive,then to the survivor or
survivors of my said children or their respective spouses and/or
such issue.I declare it to be my intention that should anyone
or more of my said children be living at the expiration of six
(6)months from the date of my death,the shares of my estate
hereby devised and bequeathed to him or them shall vest in him
or them absolutely and in fee simple.
ARTICLE FOUR.I appoint my wife,JULIA M.CUNNINGHAM,
and my son T.DAVIS CUNNINGHAM executors of this will.I direct
that no executor named in this will shall be required to furnish
bond or other security in any jurisdiction-in which he may act.
My said executors may sell all or any part of my real
or personal property at public or private sale to such person
or persons,at such prices and upon such terms as they shall
deem proper,and may transfer and convey the property thus sold
without any liability of the purchasers to see to the applica-
tion or the purchase money.
My said executors may borrow money in order to provide
funds for the payment of any debts,expenses,estate taxes,in-
heritance taxes,transfer taxes and other taxes of a similar
nature payable .by reason of my death,and to that end may pledge
or mortgage any of my property and may execute and deliver all

notes,bonds,obligations,mortgages,assignments and other in-
struments and perform all acts necessary or convenient in con-
nection therewith.
My said executors in their discretion in distributing
any devise or bequest under this will may distribute the same
in cash,in kind,or both,and the values placed by them on such
property shall be conclusive upon all parties.

memory,hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will
and Testament,revoking any former Wills by me heretofore made,-
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property and
estate,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,to my
Six (6)children in equal sharee and proportions,that is to say,
One-sixth (1/6)to my daughter,Estella Morris,and One-sixth {1/6
to each of my five sons,Harry W.Carson,Raymond J.Carson,Joseph
Glenn Carson,Lawrence Carson and Louis Carson.
3rd.I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons,Harry
