I,Sylvia Ann Hemphill,of No.9 Hindman Avenue,
Burgettstown,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Tes-
tament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the ex-
I penses of my illness and funeral.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my property located at
No.9 Hindman Avenue,Burgettstown,Pennsylvania,in equal one-
half shares to my grand daughters Joyce Hemphill and Jo~nne
Hemphill,their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I give and bequeath to l~grand daughters Joyce
Hemphill and JoAnne Hemphill,the furniture and articles contained
in my home to be divided equally between them.
4.I give and bequeath my wrist watch to my grand
daughter,Susan Hemphill.
5.I give and bequeath to my grand children:Joyce
Hemphill,JoAnne Hemphill and Susan Hemphill,to each one a
diamond from my diamond ring containing three diamonds.
6.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter-in-law
Mrs.Roberta Lee,Executrix of this my Will.
