I,MARKO DUVANICH,a/k/a MARKO DUVANCIC,of the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker,shall be paid from my estate as soon as
practical after my decease;and I desire to be buried in the Monongahela
Cemetery.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my three nephews,the sons of my
late brother,Ante Duvancic.The said nephews are Bosko Duvancic,
Joseph Duvancic,and Zvonko Duvancic,all of Rozvode,Z.P.Ok1oj,
Da1macia,Yugoslavia,their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint Paul N.Barna as Executor of this
my Last Will.Should Paul N.Barna fail to qualify or cease to act as
Executor,I appoint Paul N.Barna,Jr.,as such Executor;and I direct
that neither shall be required to enter security.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this my Last
Will and Testament this 24th day of February,A.D.,1970.
