I,Elizabeth Acheson Donnan,of Hopewell Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my last will and
testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband,Alexande
M.Donnan,all real estate and interests therein which I may own.
2.I give and bequeath to my husband,the said Alexander
M.Donnan,my household goods,furniture,furnishings and equip-
ment,and articles of personal use and ornament,and any other
tangible personal property belonging to me,to dispose of as he
may see fit.
3.I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes,both
state and federal,and any other taxes intae nature thereof,
imposed with respect to any property which shall pass under the
provisions of this will,shall be paid by my executors out of
the corpus or principal of my residuary estate.
4.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
(SUbject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph hereof with
regard to taxes),of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated,
I give and bequeath as follows:
(a)One-third thereof t9 my husband,the said Alexande
M.Donnan.
(b)To my son,Alvan Donnan,one-sixth thereof.
(c)To my son,David A.Donnan,one-sixth thereof.
(d)To my daughter,Jane Donnan Sawyer,one-sixth
thereof.
(e)To my daughter,Elizabeth Donnan Smith,one-sixth
thereof.
5.I appoint my sons;Alvan Donnan and David A.Donnan,
as the executors of this will;and I expressly direct that no
bond be required of either of them who may act as such executor.
