I,Dorothy T.Davis,of Hickory,Mt.Pleasant Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish,and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second:I give and bequeath to Mrs.Thelma Hunter,Hollidaysburg,
Penna.,the roundtable in my studio,the sausage leg drop leaf table
in my breakfast room,and the desk with brass pulls in my library.
Third:I give and bequeath to my sister,Mrs.Ethyl Thomas Scott,
a set of six Haviland luncheon plates,decorated with small pink roses,
one Dresden vase with figuirine on it,and one cup,one saucer,and
one plate of grapeware.
Fourth:I give and bequeath to John N.Davis,of Vallejo,
California,and to Mr.Phil Dibert,of Tyler,Texas,each one painting
to be selected by my son,Thomas M.Davis.
Fifth:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal or
mixed,and wherever situate I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Thomas M.Davis.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Thomas M.Davis,of 5401 Lansing Drive,Camp Springs,Maryland,
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
