I,Lydia C.Buchanan,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do make,publish and declare the
following to be my last will and testament:
First:I direct my executors hereinafter named
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
Second:If it becomes necessary for one or more
of my children to take care of me during my last illness,
I hereby direct that such child or children shall be
paid for their services in caring for me,the same as if
they were strangers employed to do this work.If the
amount of compensation due such child or children cannot
be agreed upon among all of my residuary legatees,I
direct that the amount of such compensation be fixed by
the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
Third:I direct that my executors hereinafter
named sell all of my real estate for the best price or
prices that csn be obtained for same,and I hereby
authorize said executors to make any and all agreements,
deeds or other instruments necessary to convey the title
to said real estate.My executors are directed to use
their best discretion both in regard to the price and
the terms upon which said purchase price is to be paid.
Fourth:All the rest,residue and remainder

of my estate I give,devise and bequeath to my five children,
Blanche Smith,Lena Miklic,Glenn Buchanan,Mae Doman and
Olive Marshall,share and share alike.
Fifth:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,
Olive Marshall,and my son,Glenn Buchanan,to be the
executors of this,my last will and testament,they to
serve without bond.
