I,Wallace J.Hammond,of the Village of Scenery Hill,Washington
County,Pennsyha nia,being of sound mind,memorJ,and understanding do
hereby make,publish,and declare the following as my last will and testament
hereby revoking and making void all former ,tills b~r me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direct that my funeral be conducted.in a manner corresponding
with my estate and situation in life,and that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
2.
I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved sister,Lyda H.M:cCune,
of the Borough of Ellsworth,Pennsylvania,a.ll the rest,residue,and re-
mainder of my estate wheresoever found and wheresoever situate absolutely
and forever.
3.
I hereby constitute and appoint my said sister,Lyda H.McCune,
Executrix of this mJr last will and testament.
