I And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and whereso- ever situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and bequeath as follows: FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently possible following my decease. FIFTH:I give and devise my premises,consistin of the land I own in the Redds Beach Terrace Plan,Fallowfield Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and my land situate in the Township of Carroll,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my beloved son,WESLEY N.DeiCAS and BARBRA J.DeiCAS,his wife. SIXTH:I give and devise my farm,on which is located what is now known as my "home property'situate in the Township of Fallowfield,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and also Lot No.9 in the Latchem Plan situate in the Township of Fallowfield, Washington County,Pennsylvania,upon which there is erected a one- story dwelling,to the children of my two (2)sons,C.VANCE DeiCAS and WESLEY N.DeiCAS,who are born in my lifetime,to be divided equ lly dffiong such children. SEVENTH:I give and devise all of my real estate situate in the County of Alachua,State of Florida,to my beloved sons,C.VANCE DeiCAS and WESLEY N.DeiCAS,share and share alike, to have and to hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns forever. NINTH:Should any of my grandchildren entitled to a share of my estate be a minor at the time for distribution to him or her,I nominate,constitute and appoint the father of each minor beneficiary Guardian of said minor's share.Such Guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education,support and welfare without regard to his or her parents'ability or any person taking care of said minor,to provide for such education,support or welfare and to make payments for these purposes without further responsibility fo the minor or to any person taking care of said minor.
