WILL
I,Robert Barr,Sr.,of East Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
declare this as and for my last will and testment,hereby revoking and
making void any former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as may be after my decease.
SECOND:To my daughters,Nellie McKercher,Mildred Cummins and Margaret
Barr,I give,devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1000)Dollars,
each.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my six
children,Nellie McKercher,Mildred CUmmins,Margaret Barr,Robert Barr,Jr.,
Alice Barr and Christina MacFarlane,share and share alike.
FOtffiTH:I do hereby authorize,empower and direct my executors herein-
after named to sell at public or private sale any real or personal property
or other assets forming a part of my estate,at such times and in such manner

and on such terms and conditions as they,in their judgment,may deem wise
and proper,and I do hereby authorize and empower my executors to execute
and deliver any and all deeds and other instruments that may be necessary
and proper to carry out the foregoing.
FIFTH:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughters,Wellie
McKercher and Margaret B'arr,the executors of this my last will and
testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day
of August,1947.

and testament in the presence of the undersigned,who in his presence and
in the presence of each other affixed their atures hereto in attestation
