I,Charles Elliott,of the Borough of Twilight,
oounty of Washington,and otate of Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and.pub-
lish this my last will and testament,hereby revoking and
ma.king void all former wills by me at any time heretofore
ma.de.
And first,I direct that my funeral be conducted
in a manner corresponding with :iny estate and situa.tion in
life and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fUlly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
I give,devise,and bequeath unto my 'beloved wife,
Mary Elliott,her heirs and assigns forever,a.ll my prop-
erty,real,personal and mixed,of what nature or kind
soever,and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of
my death.
And I do nominate,constitute and 8.ppoint my
said wife sale Executrix of this my last will and testa-
ment,and desire that she shall serve as such without
giving bond.

tor,have to this,my will,written on one sheet of paper,
