Four:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, I give devise and bequeath to the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,IN TRUST NEVERTHLESS to hold,invest,and reinvest the same,and to pay so much of the income and principal as may in the sale discretion of the Trustee be considered necessary for the payment of the keep and expenses of my son,William N.Harley, including any expenses incurred by reason of his death.Upon the death of my said son I direct that all remaining income and principal shall be divided in three (3)equal parts and be distributed as follows: (a).One (1)part shall be divided equally among the children of Albert Roy Smith,Twila Smith and Harold Smith,of Butler,Pennsylvania. (b).One (1)part to be distributed to Harry Victor Smith,of Latrobe,Pennsylvania, provided that if the said Harry Victor Smith shall have predeceased the life tenant of this Trust, then his one-third (1/3)part of the remainder shall be divided between the two (2)children of Thelma Smith and Doris Smith equally.r (c).The third equal part thereof is to be divided equally among Mrs.Margaret Cole of Midway, Pennsylvania;Frank Sawhill of McDonald,Pennsylvania; John Sawhill of Midway,Pennsylvania;Harold Sawhill of San Diego,California;Robert E.Sawhill of Midway, Pennsylvania;and Charles W.Sawhill of Mt.Lebanon, PAGE 3 Pennsylvania:provided,however,that if any of the above named persons shall have predeceased me,then and in such case the share herein above devised and bequeathed to such persons shall be distributed to the heirs of such persons. Five:As Trustee of the Trust hereinabove created and as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament I authorize the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company to make sale of any real estate which may come into its possession at such times,upon such terms, and for such prices as it may deem advisable:to retain or reinvest the assets of my estate in whatever property or securities as in its judgment may be advisable without being restricted to so-called "legal investmentsl~:and to payout of the residue of my estate all transfer inheritance tax,or estate taxes,or other taxes as may become payable by reason of my decease,whether upon property passing under this my Last Will and Testament or otherwise so that all gifts made under this my Last Will and Testament shall be free and clear of such taxes and I authorize my said Executor and Trustee to pay such taxes as may be levied upon the remainder interest hereunder at whatever time my said Executor and Trustee may deem it advisable to do so.
