LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
JAMES LINCOLN DUNN
I,JAMES LINCOLN DUNN,aka J.L.DUNN,of the County of
Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memor
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills or
testamentary writings in the nature thereof heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give.devise and bequeath all my property,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever located and whether acquired
before or after the execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,
and while in no way limiting this description of my property,shal
specifically include all property to which I have the right of
appointment and all unexercised options to purchase stock in Union
Drilling,Inc.,to my wife,Lucille B.Dunn,her heirs and assigns
absolutely,if she shall survive me for a period of thirty (30)da s.
SECOND:In the event that my aforesaid wife shall not
survive me for a period of thirty (30)days,I then give,devise
and bequeath all my estate,being real,personal and mixed,and
wheresoever located and whether acquired before or after the execu
tion of this,my Last Will and Testament,and including all that
is described in Paragraph First,to my three children,share and
share alike,their heirs and assigns.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
FERGUS,MARTIN
AND FERGUS
ATTORNEYS AT LAW
Lucille B.Dunn as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testamen .
In the event that for any reason my said wife shall not assume or
continue in her office as executrix,I appoint in her stead,my
27 SOUTH COLLEGE STREET son Joseph L.Dunn.I direct that no bond shall be given in either
WASHINGTON.
