I,CL...!\RA £.EIA~lT,of the Boroubh of Charleroi,Vlashing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last ~ill and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath to my nephews,Edison
Filmore Shepler,~Tillard Filmore Shepler,Fred Cooper Shepler and
Philip Shepler,the sum of Five Hundred (~~500.00)Dollars each.
2.I live,devise and bequeath to my niece,Nary Irwin,
my di~10nd ring,which I wear.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my niece,fuary Irwin,
the ;randfatherTs clock at my home.
4.I Give,devise and bequeath to my brothers,Sam
Coop er and Frank Cooper,the sum of Two Hundred Fifty (~;250.00)
Dollars each.
5.All the rest,residue and renainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to
my nieces and nephews,who are children of my brothers and sisters.
6.I make,constitute and appoint kary Irwin to be
Executrix of this my Will,and I direct that she shall not be re-
quired to enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
7.I direct that my Executrix shall cause all my house-
hold furnishings,not herebefore mentioned,to be appraised and
offered to my nieces and nephews,as aforesaid,at the appraisal
price.
8.I authorize and empower TIy Executrix,for the pay-
ment of debts or for any purpose of administration or distribution,
at any ti~e within two (2)years from the date of my death,to sell
all or any of my real estate,at public or private sale,for such
prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as she may deem
best,and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,without liability
on the part of the purchasers to see to the application of the pur-
chase moneys.This power shall not be construed to work a conver-
sion of my real estate,unless and until the power is actually exer-
cised,nor shall this power be construed to extend the lien of debts
