KATHRYN P.BENDER,being duly sworn,deposes and
says that she resides at 44 Kilmer Road,Larchmont,
Westchester County,New York and is one of the duly
appointed executors of the Estate of Edward A.Bender,de-
ceased,who died on the 10th day of August,1947;at the
time of his death said decedent was a resident of the
County of Westchester,State of New York;that this affidavit
is made for the purpose of securing the consent of The
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania to
the transfer of the following described intangible personal
property owned by said decedent at his death:
