LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,W.F.Hewitt,of
II Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
II memory and understanding,do hereby make and declare this to be
I:my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by
II
I:me at anytime heretofore made.
I FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently
done after my death.
I give and bequeath unto my son JACK HEWITT,the sumTHIRD:
I SECOND:I give and bequeath unto each of my sons,RUSSELL,
I
CARL,LARRY and ROBERT HEWITT,the sum of Twe~ty-five ($25.00)
dollars.
I
of One hundred ($100.00)dollars.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath to Edith Claudine Hewitt,
her heirs and assigns,all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,conditioned,however,that in the event
of her death in my lifetime,or in the event of her death within
the period of six months after my death,the said devise and
bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event
I give,devise and bequeath the said residue of my estate,in
equal shares to my son Jack Hewitt and Claude W.Harmison,their

heirs and assigns.Aforesaid Claude W.Harmison is the twin
brother of my wife,Edith Claudine Hewitt.
FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint Elmer R.Wilson,Exe-
cutor of this My Last Will and Testament,and I direct that he
shall not be required to post bond or other security for the
performance of any duties incident to this appointment.
